Swollen Tummy Help

My chicken has a swollen tummy and it is very hard. I don't know what is the matter with her. Recently I have noticed that she has been having green poo, could she have cancer? Thanks all help is appreciated. Also, if not cancer how do you get rid of it?

Does she lay eggs?
Can you post a picture of her and the poop?
Does she stand like a penguin?
What type of food/treats do you feed?
Does she eat and drink well?
Any other symptoms - sneezing, wheezing, coughing, runny nose/eyes?
