Hi everyone, please help my chicken!!
It happened like almost one week. At first, I noticed she got the broken egg, so I thought she didn’t have enough calcium like before. But then day after days, she didn’t lay eggs at all and she’s not moving, eating or play around with others chickens.
I searched online and someone said she may have a broken egg inside her and need to massage her in the sink with salty water. I’ve done it and found out she has a swollen horrible looking bump under her belly, around 7cm below her butt. I don’t know what it is and there’s no reliable vet near my place and today is Saturday, they’re not working. I’m afraid she can’t hold until Monday. Does anyone know what’s wrong with her? And is it a bug bite or something?
She also isn’t pooing normally. It’s watery diarrhoea.
What humidity level is ideal in winter? Below 80% below 50% etc?
I culled my first cockerel, now what?
