Swollen Uropygial gland

Hi!
I have a molting OE that has a swollen uropygial gland. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to help her? I read soaking her in warm water and gently expressing the gland may help.

You can apply a warm wet compress to the swollen gland for 15 minutes several times a day. Then massage the area.
