Swollen wattle

My rooster (which I think is around 3 months old) has a small black streak, that also looks like a tear on one of his wattles, it’s also swollen, he acts normal and crows normal, is it just a bug bite or is it some kind of disease, none of the other chickens in the flock have this

It looks like a tear, possibly on wire fencing or a nail. I would clean it with some chlorhexidene or betadine, and apply some plain antibiotic ointment twice a day. If it seems to be infected or have pus, then I would flush it out only once with peroxide. Peroxide can prevent healing if used more.

I have some barbed wire in my yard I forgot to put up, it was probably that, or some briars, I put some salve on it and made sure none that of the other chickens tried to peck at it
