I was just looking back over your past threads about your handsome rooster, and it seems obvious that he has a chronic respiratory disease (CRD.) It could be mycoplasma (MG,) or it may be coryza, although his eyes and nostrils never looked that bad. Usually the wattles do not swell with MG, but can with coryza and fowl cholera. Most respiratory diseases cause sinus infection, hence the facial and eye swelling, and he has some congestion. It usually takes 3 days of Tylan to help with symptoms of MG, but coryza may need Tylan plus a sulfa antibiotic, according to some who have treated it.
I think because her is doing well now, I would not worry about him, but since MG can come back whenever there is stress, such as cold winter weather or molting, I would be prepared to give him the Tylan with any onset of symptoms. Some people use Denagard instead of Tylan.
He is a carrier, and so, probably is the rest of your flock. They will remain so until the last one is gone from your premises. Many backyard flocks are positive for MG, and wild birds may spread it. Any new chickens added or hatched may be infected. There are vaccines available for new birds. If you want to identify the disease, you may be able to get PCR testing for MG through a state university poultry school or the state vet.
Here is a good list of respiratory diseases in poultry where you can read about symptoms and treatments:
