Symptoms Infertile Rooster?

Hey guys, how are you today? Does anyone know how I can tell if my rooster is not fertile? Im at day 22 of my first hatch and nothing out of 10 eggs has hatched. Up until moving to hatcher I did see movement and something inside the eggs. It wasnt clear. If I have infertile birds then it would be empty or would they die early? My temps have been 98-100f humidy after day 18 is 70%+. Before day 18 40-50%.

If the eggs are not fertile they are clear and you can see the yolk floating inside. A nonfertile egg will not develop at all.

That is what I would think too.
