Symptoms of impacted crop?

One of my Pekin's stole a fairly big chunk of melon from me before I could break it into pieces and I believe she swallowed it whole or partially split. I'm worried about an impacted crop, since when I have seen her poop it's only small chunks or liquid. I could just be overreacting, but I would like to know what the symptoms are an impacted crop are.

Impacted crops will be hard and stinky.

My girls love melon. They make really watery poops on melon and ten eventually they'll poop out the colored fiber part of the melon.

Watermelon makes a kind of corally bubblegum pink color. I'm not sure about other melons because we usually don't eat a lot of those.
