My phone died sometime on Wednesday. It was old (2017), so it was only a matter of time, but still disappointing. It was totally fine that day, so I don’t know why it stopped working. I was able to get a new one today. I haven’t backed it up for what I thought was only a month or two, so I was prepared to lose some pictures and a few songs. No big deal, most of the important pictures were posted on BYC or taken with my sisters phone, and I can make new playlists and add the songs back on.
what I didn’t prepare for, however, was finding out that the last time I backed up was at the beginning of April. And that 4 months of art (about 20+ drawings, some done, others mostly done) didn’t come back when I got everything set up. I have a Medibang account so I thought I’d be okay, but I guess not. Dad took my old phone to the store to see if there’s anyway to get it working long enough to get my art back, but no one’s optimistic. I’m so upset.
at least the camera is good.
