T-poisoning already?

My 12 week old minorca cockerel is already mounting every hen/pullet he sees, and the other cockerels (some are even a lil older) are just now tryin to crow! Grrrrrrrrrr TO SOOOOOOOOOOOOON!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Must be that time of year. My Impy (a turken) has been a butthead since he was two weeks old, first with the crowing and then mounting everything in sight from the time he was a month old or so. He's 18 1/2 weeks old now and seems to be settling down just a tad.
