T.V. or not to T.V, this is my question...

Know whatcha mean about the noise...I'll flip a movie on that I've seen a million times, or some series that was re-run a zillion times over...I know every scene in my mind, and I can be entertained without having to be tuned in!

You must be really tight with your neighbor, lol! I would totally kick the cable internet bill, but I justify it by selling stuff online. It is at least is a self supporting habit. Sounds like you've got a krispy set-up, movie night at your place must be GREAT!

Lol about the commercials.

My mom has digital out in the boonies....I swear it is the worste dang system!!! At least on the old system you could see part of a picture and hear some of the sound, or all of the picture with static sound....this digital bologne just cuts out and you loose giant chunks!

I make her turn the tube off when I'm there, it frustrates me.

Hello!

I just looked up that Pizza My Heart movie on Netflix....lol, I've burned through most everything on the flix already and that movie got 3 stars...probably will give it a shot, I know, lame....sigh.

How do you enjoy spending your time?

We don't have TV. We don't even have a television! When we watch movies its on my DHs laptop or our computer. We where both raised without tv so we've never really wanted one. We spend a lot of time visting in the evenings or playing with the kids. I don't think we'll ever get one because we're both afraid it would take away from family time. I do enjoy watching CSI on DHs laptop in bed at night though

I borrow movies/tv series from the library from time to time. We're super old fashioned. We also enjoy watching history channel or discovery and national geographic type documentarys. Which I get from the library also.
