How's this monstrosity? Its now a breeding pen for our 4 Ameraucanas.

We made it today completely from stuff we had around the yard - 2 old rabbit pens, some plastic garden fencing held on by zipties (is there anything they cannot do?), a couple of pallets for the pen roof, cinderbloxes because we're out of hardware and its the weekend before payday. We're a military family so things are a bit tight.

We haven't even thought of a name for it!

For the folks concerned, I think because we're turning in ourselves its really not about making fun of folks - its about making fun of the lengths we're willing to go to for our feathered folk.
