Tail down.

My 10-week-old thoughts to be cockerel has his tail pointing down. What is this?? Pls help is it bad? What would it mean?? Thanks for your help!

What's his poop like?
What do you feed?
Do you have other cockerels?

Hard to know what's going on, he looks to be a barnyard mix yes? Could just be a genetic defect and he's not able to hold his tail up.

We have 2 other roos and we feed them all the same pellets. His poo has been runny every so often but not major I think. He is eating and drinking fine. Thanks!!
