Tail feather quivering

What would cause a chicks tail feathers to quiver or shiver. It's only the tail. Chick eats drinks and poops normally. This quivering has gone on for a couple days now. No other chick is doing this. The motion isn't constant but intermittent.

Does the chick act nervous or afraid when people are around. It could be afraid. Look and listen to see if there is any background noise (dogs, cars, ect.) or motion going on the same time your chick does this. Some of my chickens quiver a bit when I pick them up.

It does seem a bit on the nervous side I would say.

If your chick is eating well and active I would not worry too much about it.
