Tail feather?

One of my chicks has their tail feathers growing already. I looked at the other four and they don't have it. They are 2-3 wks old. Do you think this one is a rooster?

That is not an indication of gender. Either sex can grow tail feathers fast or slow. It has to do with genetics of the breed and/or strain.
