If you are sure she is just as healthy as the rest of them, it may not be something to worry about. I had a pullet that kept her tail down for a long time. She is now 3 years old and still occasionally will let hang all day. She is healthy as an ox. Just keep a close eye on your bird.

Hello and Welcome To BYC! X2 If it is a new thing, give her a really good all over exam to double check if something else is going on, a lot of times birds with laying problems will keep the tail down. But X2, as long as she seems fine otherwise, it may just be the way she keeps her tail.
