Tail Feathers on Light Brahma

Let me preface this question by stating that it is in no way important — more a question of curiosity as a first time chicken mom.

This is Allen - he just turned 5 months old. I know brahmas can take 2 years to reach full size, but I’m really curious if his tail feathers will grow longer. I noticed the black feathers with green tint are coming in now, but they don’t seem to be as long as photos I’ve seen of other young roosters.

Brahmas don't get the impressive tail feathers of many other breeds.
