Tail floofs on 5 wk old chicks?

4-5 weeks is when my chicks start getting in their tail feathers, I can't really tell from the picture what I'm looking at.

Take a pic from the top and side. Some of my chicks have that but not as big!

I have some 7 week Buff orpingtons and they have kind of a lump of feathers too, I think it’s normal. I attached a picture of one of them, does this look similar? I’m new to chickens haha.
