Tailbone...Where Is It?

ok i have a 6 week old black copper maran and I was asked to feel for a tailbone because in my photo it looks to be rumpless it has short stubby tail feathers. Someone said it looked like a rumpless roo. I've never felt for one before so can someone please advise. I did feel something within the feathers on both of the chicks one has longer feathers the other is stubby.

It's a single vertebrae that's missing so you may not be able to tell the difference. I would say it's rumpless, I have one in my flock that's a hen. It's a fairly common genetic defect in chickens but it can have an impact on fertility.
