THE CHICK I BELIEVE IS ABOUT 1 TO 2 MONTHS OLD, THE VERY BOTTOM IS A DIFFERENT CHICK. HELP THANKS.

I would venture to guess a Speckled Sussex! Gorgeous chick!

The bottom chick: Do you have any other photos? It is somewhat hard to tell from that photo.

Mixed breed birds, or no breed I'm familiar with here in the States. They're not Sussex, wrong color pattern and I think comb.

I also think they're both cockerels.

The bottom chick looks kinda like my red Sussex did as a growing bird but can't really tell the face good on your little bird they are cute what ever they are
