Dew swooped away to a nearby tree branch, from one of the pine trees still left. She looked to Natasha and hooted, beckoning her to come sit. Dew ruffled her feathers against the chilly fall wind and looked around for her friend.

Igor flew by and saw a rat on the ground. he dove towards it
Maple noticed he was in her property and pushed him from the rat in midair

Igor flew away past the branch Natasha and Dew were on.he landed in a tree with a large whole and crawled into it.

"Maybe I was imagining it." Dew said softly, "It just seems like no one likes me...". She ruffled her feathers again and watched Igor fly toward the hole.
