take out of turner?

On day 18 should I take my chicks out of the turner or leave them in with it turned off? I usually don't use an automatic turner so this is my first time to use it. So out of the turner or leave in and just turn it off???

Take them out.

Every one has things that work best for them.
I unplug the turner on Day 18
then the Morning of Day 19 I put them in a incubator I use for hatching,
I lay them on the wire and add warm water then shut the lid.
