Take the chicks out?

Today is day 22 and about 27-29 of my 37 eggs have hatched and the first ones started 48 hours ago. Should I take the chicks out?

You can if no other eggs have pipped. Chicks can go about 3 days without eating or drinkingafter thhey hatch. I probably wouldnt if i was you.

I take my newbies out of the incubator when several have hatched and are dry and active. I do like to leave one or 2 of the newer ones in there to encourage the others to hatch. Just do it quickly without decreasing the humidity too much.
