I have two EE chicks. The are going on 3 weeks old. I purchased them together from the local hardware store when the Easter chicks were available. One is larger than the other now, and seems to have normal formed poop. The other one is smaller and it's poop is dark brown in color an is more liquid. This is consistent. Both have very good appitites, are on chick crumbles, have access to good water with vitimins in it, and get a scrambbled eggs each morning with treats of fruit or egg shell.
My question is why the small one have liquid poop? Do I need to start them on a antibiotic just in case? This has been ongoing for about a week. They are in a tempreture control sun room, don't get chilled. Suggestions?
TIA

Try cutting out the extras and the vitamins.

Crumbles are a complete diet .... Give them a few days just on Chick Crumbles and water ... see how they get on
