TAMARI: is a small amount safe for Chickens?

Is a small amount of Tamari safe for chickens? My mom accidentally let two bags of organic salad topper go stale, and she is saying I have to feed it to my Chickens.. I really, really, really don't want to hurt my babies! Is it safe? It contains pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, cranberries, and Tamari.
