You might want to take a feces sample to a vet and have it properly identified and get the proper treatment. The reason is due to the fact it might be a praziquantel resistant type of tapeworm you're dealing with or maybe not a tapeworm at all. It might be flukes, however praziquantel treats flukes. It could be a different type though, I'm not sure.

Again, tapeworm infected insects are the vectors for infecting chickens with tapeworms. Control the insects and you control poultry tapeworm infections.
Chickens consuming snails, mayflies and dragonflies are subject to fluke infections.
Check just inside and/or outside vent area for flukes.
Here's a pic of a poultry fluke:

Can’t see anything like that around the vent. I took a sample before and came back negative but there wasn’t any little worms I the sample I took. They only show up in poo in the late afternoon. Yesterday I only found 2-3 poos with those segments in it

I'd do what Dawg suggests, take that poop to a higher authority for identification for possible treatment. If those are tapeworms, that's a Lot of tapeworms to have after 2 dosings of meds. Something other than tapes might be afoot..
I hope it’s something else but it looks a lot like tapeworm segments from what I found online. Difference is, those are orange little segments ... and they’re a freaking pain! Ahah

Then what ever these things are ate probably in your yard and are migrating on to the poop once it is laid.
Go collect a pile from the yard and take it to the vet.

I thought so too so I followed my hen once until she pooped. As soon as she pooped those were in it straight away. They wiggle and die after a while. It’s been so hot here they probably fry after an hour or so ahah

Ok guys.
Last treatment I did was February 10. Works were back about a week later as usual. I thought I’ll give them a break and will re worm them on March 10.
I just saw one of my australorp poop and as I looked closer I saw longer worms wiggle in it !!!
I took a video but I can’t upload as it says it’s too heavy so I attached 2 photos. You can see one especially on the bottom left side of the photo. What the heck is happening ??? @dawg53 @Texas Kiki
