The English do start early on the tea drinking:) That is so interesting!

I am fine either way. I have one of those little strainers I use for the loose leaf tea. It's just more work, but comes in handy when drinking mate tea.

Today I bought a fruit tea sample: blueberry, raspberry, peach and some other fruit I can't remember :) They tasted really good.

Good morning!

Where are you tea loving people?
I got this tea from Choice Teas that has a really interesting flavor: it is chamomile, peppermint and bergamot. It has this velvety and refreshing taste at the same time.
Oh, well... I hope you guys didn't switch to coffee

I LOVE Bergamot.

Lady Gray is my absolute favorite. It is difficult for me to find locally, so I save it for when I reward myself for completing a large task or a miserable one. I think with peppermint it would be nice too. I will look for that.

Wow, that does sound interesting! I like the Lady Jane.

I found my missing spearmint patch! It's a little scattered, but coming up! Harvested the tips of everything I could find for my tea. I've almost gone through it. I have one of those little egg-shaped tea strainers that I stuff so I don't have loose tea leaves when I'm drinking. I suppose I don't mind if I eat them along with the tea, but I want to enjoy the flavor and not have leaves to startle me back to reality.

In my haste to write about my new discovery, I can see I wrote peppermint. It was supposed to be spearmint. But it still tastes great. I too love bergamot.

Oh, I can't wait to harvest my mints! It seems we are going to have warmer temps here finally! I would be already out there pulling out dried weed if it weren't for the rain. Every year I say to myself : "should've prepared the garden in the fall".
What can I say... I get lazy when it's cold outside.

Me too...that's probably why I thought the weeds killed the mint....shoulda known - still it will probably disappear by August.

It rained and then the temps dropped. I woke up to a driveway coated with ice. But now it's going to get warmer. I just can't wait to start my garden. I should have more chickens to take care of the pesky weeds. Here I am trying to find another excuse to have more chickens

We had the same thing here poodlechicks, but with out the ice. Rain for close to 24 hrs. Our youngest rat lives close to Plattsburgh and she still has snow.......We just have a small pile of snow left here. It should be gone by today. Later on this week, making some raised beds.
Enjoy the day, it's the only one
