I just got my hands on two sapphire gems. They're supposed to be pullets. I believe that they are based on the information that I read saying that they are sexlinks. But honestly I'm still learning all the terminology and I want to make sure that I'm correct. Are they girls or boys? Tell me how you know . Teach me your ways!

They are adorable!

I read that not all hatcheries breed true sex-linked Sapphire Gems, but I see two females! Male chicks have a dot on their head.

Yes I did read that about hatcheries not breeding them true. But assuming they are, Happy that you're seeing two girls! I know we'll just have to wait to be 100% sure.
