Teaching old hens new tricks?

I was looking at this heated bucket and was curious if anyone has any success teaching older hens to drink from overhead water nipples (I don't know why that makes me giggle but it does.

)...you know like rabbit waterers. I'm thinking it might save some space in the coop, but I don't know if the girls would figure out how to use it.

Thats cute, the chickens probably would learn fast to use it as they always are pecking at stuff to check it out. I never thought about it that chickens don't swallow like we do, but they are always putting their heads up high when they take a drink!
