Teahouse coop update

!/2 done with the run. Hardware cloth buried 12 inches in the ground all the way around makes for alot of mucky mucky mud!

The added feed shelter isn't done yet, but it's in place. Eventually the whole run will be topped with racoon proof wire fencing.

It'll be a couple weeks before I'll be able to afford more wire or have the time to work on it again.

Okay, that is officially the coolest ever.

I want to send you paper lanterns on long sticks, for a present, now. And a banner.

Plus if the chooks misbehave you can threaten to turn them into negimaki!

My DH already has the lanterns waiting for next spring.

He also found a gorgeous little temple to put under the Japanese maple destined to grace the garden around the outside. We have a whole pile of trees and shrubs to plant around it, eventually.
