Supposedly there is some arrow dude thats deaf. Deadpool was talking to him and had to pull the mask off his mouth so he could be understood. Could be green arrow, but....

He is the epitome of chaotic good. Like, he has no rules. Much curse. Such bad.
In the trailers, he is depicted kicking a guy already down. He would literally force-feed a vegan meatloaf.

However, he is awesome when it comes to stuff like that. He knows a little sign language (in the comic he said 'long story') and I think maybe he's like... PTSD? I dunno. Hes got a lot of scars under that mask.
