I don't know if there will be animals in heaven, but after Christ comes back, the Bible says that the wolf will dwell with the lamb, and a little child shall lead them. So there will be animals, we just don't know where!

Billy graham, a famous Christian evengalist once said: “God will prepare everything for our perfect happiness in Heaven, and if it takes my dog being there, I believe he’ll be there.”

I'm not laughing at christianity in general. I am not christian but still come to this thread to try and learn about other people's beliefs. Some things just strike me as funny. No need to be so uptight about it. I choose never to interfere or try to interject my thoughts into this thread or the other dozen like it because I respect you alls space and feelings. But some posts I read, I think are funny, so I hit the laugh reaction.

Just know are always welcome here Romans 15:7 - Therefore, accept one another, just as Christ also accepted us to the glory of God.

Just out of curiosity, do you identify with any type of religious group (pantheistic, theistic) or non religious group (atheistic, agnostic)?

Just got back from church and ate dinner, I'll have those verses in a min. I'm terrible at remembering the numbers and books but I always remember the spot in the bible, I'm weird like that

In truth, only God knows. You don’t know, and I don’t know.

Nobody knows, and won’t know for sure until the day Jesus returns.

My personal opinion on animals in heaven are; yes, there are animals in heaven. But no, they DO NOT have a soul.
I think in the old testament, the animals GOD said were clean are in heaven, but any animals that are not clean are not there. And when animals die they don't just go to heaven, they turn into nothingness. GOD created animal's in heaven specifically to be in heaven. So they are clean in his presence.

I think I agree with you. My parents always said dogs probably won't go to heaven because they don't have a soul. I don't think animals from earth will go to heaven because there will probably be better animals up there. Not sure if what I'm trying to say makes any sense

Revelation 21:1-5a—“Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and the sea was no more. And I saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.

How I interpret this verse is that it is saying that earth will be restored, God WILL restore everything along with it, heaven will come down and be one with the earth as a whole kingdom. Heaven is not like it is described in movies, it’s indescribable.
