I just joined the team, I have never had bantams before and thought I never would.
However, the Friday before Ida I rescued a bantam "Mom" and her 1 living chick. They are both thriving and have become a part of our flock that we plan to keep at this time.
They are funny to watch, after quarantine, the adult large size hens don't know what to make of them and I think "Mom" may end up being the flock queen.
