Kind of hard to explain....We wanted the window to be more flush but we made the frame kind of flush with the opening so when we attached the window it stuck way out and we had to use two pieces of trim on top of each other to make it look more flush...big mess up but it looks ok and it functions well. Doesn't look too bad in the picture right? How did the window get messed up and how did you fix it? I think I learn more from when people mess something up than all the guides in the world!
Looking good![]()

ahha. this is also why I'm building 4 new shutters in the morning, But I have a plan for the 4 I built already. Any case for function I would have to add double trim to the wall which would stick out a 1" past the baton. No No. That's where plans come into play. Oh well.
It didn't look bad in the picture so I'm sure only you and now us will know. And The chicken won't care.LOL

Quote: They must be very hard metal.....sometimes you just have to take longer to cut thru.
I swear by the dremel discs I cited earlier....but it can take time tho, slower cutting thru harder metals.
I have a set of cheap Harbor Frieght diamond bits and cutting wheel for dremel....they can speed up the cutting of harder materials.
