While the news being reported was horrible and has rocked Knoxville, this incident was nothing more than a technical problem, something that happens to all reporters and anchors who work in live TV. Every newscaster has similar things happen, but if they're lucky it's never captured on video.

Watching our news people I often wonder how they keep so stonefaced on some of the stuff they report on. It would be hard to not get emotional sometimes.

The anchor's face is priceless.....

Way back when....my folks had one of those BIG satellite dishes and there were some independent channels where they'd show the reporters out in the field waiting til it was time for their spot. You'd see them using the camera as a mirror, doing facial exercises, giving their spiel in different voices/different inflections, chatting to whomever and sometimes just staring at the camera. This is great
