If so the version "Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean) OS" is old, which may be why you are having trouble.

Its the a larger tablet more than 9 inches and i think its 3 years old. But is says android 7.0 dont know about a candy term. I5 had just come out when i bought it

Android 7.0 is newer..that is good!

I can drag and drop to customise the order on my iPad.
I just hold on the pic and move it with my finger to where I want it to go. Does that make sense?

That makes sense, I'll go try it by just touching the picture. I was expecting it to behave like the desktop, so didn't try just on the picture.
