Teen gosling gurgling noise, help

I sent an email to CWR asking if there are any rescues that can take the goose on, hold off on ordering Tylosin, it could work but that’s if it has a bacterial respiratory or digestive issue, it could be anything from a bacteria that isn’t sensitive, or something viral or fungal, or even a foreign object stuck in the trachea, so if the goose can get to a rescue they’ll be better equipped to figure out what’s going on.

I live by the bay and feed the families the game bird feed since they’ve hatched, the goslings are about almost 10 weeks now and one was left behind. I brought it to my yard, supplied it with feed and fresh water, it is eating a lot although it is making a gurgling or congested noise. I have no avian vet near me and I need help.

yeah connecticut’s a bit much for me right now, it’s still eating and drinking, it’s still underweight for sure, i think gurgling is less although still present
