teeny red 'tag' on the rump of a new chick?

so, if you read my other post on the weak chick, you'll know we had bator temp problems (high and lows...)
and not many hatched... which is ok.
but, one who looks other wise good has a teeny red 'skin tag' on the top of her butt...
do chickens get spina bifida?
it's teeny, and not draining...
what do I do???

anyone with any idea?
should I put her in a separate pen from where I'd collect eggs that I might hatch?
she is half black copper marans half welsummer so I wouldn't probably breed her for more, but I do sometimes hatch the mixed ones for friends, like with her...

Google oil gland perhaps?

on the top side of the tail there is an oil gland.

EXACTLY what this chick has...
which is her NORMAL oil gland! LOL!
glad I didn't try to pull it off!
