Teeny Tiny serama eggs, can I get them to hatch?

So I have had serama eggs hatch, but I recently had a new girl start laying and her eggs are tiny! I put them in my incubator to see if they are fertile and so far 100% on fertility! I am extremely nervous hatching these babies out! I ordered eggs from Castle Delight Seramas and my eggs are about half as big! eeeeek does anyone else deal with extremely tiny eggs? success stories???

I'd just wait it out. I think they'll be just fine.
