There's this little button at the top that says "insert image" when you mouse over it. Click that button, click "Upload Files", then lick the photo you want to post, wait for it to upload, and then hit the button that says "submit" or "submit photo".....I don't remember whether it says submit or submit photo. XD I hope that makes sense, I'm not the best at explaining things......
