You are ususally going to get better quality therefore larger size from a good breeder. Hatchery birds are going to be alot smaller. You can call them giant, huge, enormous, what ever you want to but there still only remains standard or bantam. Also, i have seen people call hatchery birds 'giant'. Size is in the eye of the beholder.
