Tell Me About Fruit Butters...

Ok, ok you've convinced me to try it. I picked 11 lbs of apples today and what doesn't go into applesauce and jam I'll try a butter with.

We made the cardamom spiced pear butter that Organic Gardening published a few months ago, and I've been putting it in oatmeal for flavoring -- so there's another use if no one has mentioned it so far.
