Tell me about Rouens & Crested Pekins

I had to get rid of all my non-scovie ducks last year due to bad predator problems. None of them were old enough to lay before i rehomed them. I have been thinking about getting some new ducks, I like the look of Rouens but know nothing about them. I also really loved my White Crested/Crested Pekins

pros & cons?
which lays better?
Pekins won't brood right?
what about Rouens?

Would a mixed flock be better?
