Tell me about this poop?

Hi everyone! Have a lethargic looking bird. She's about 5 months old, not laying as of yet. She's tired through the day, not eating or drinking all that much. Her poops are tiny and looks like she's struggling to get it out. Also her tail feathers are pointed to the left which is new? Anyone have any ideas of what's going on and how to help her? The rest of the flock is looking great.

Is a vet an option?

We don't have a local vet. Thought it could be worms, have what I need to deworm them. Got some electrolytes and oregano in their water and some wet food made for her. She's eating and drinking a bit which is better than before. The crooked tail is what's throwing me for a spin? She doesn't appear to be egg bound although she is close to start laying.
