I recently purchased 2 baby geese (yay :wee) they were 2 weeks and 1 week old when I got them. So far they are super easy to raise, just like when I raised my ducklings from 4 days old. I'm used to the excruciating mess and know that they love their water and their greens.

I'd love for all you geese enthusiasts to share all your experience and knowledge and any funny stories so I know what's ahead of me!

I'm super excited to watch these gorgeous babies grow, and waow, do they grow!!!! 20170827_203144.jpg

I love my geese i over snuggled them as babies now they are to friendly with every one esp me my goose thinks im her gander and my gander thinks im his goose lol

They will be big geese before you know it. Do you have any idea about gender? I sort of hope you have two females which will help them bond to you and not be too aggressive when they are adults. Even if a male and female, they will bond with you with you raising them this way from being just babies. I have 11. Started with three (male and two females) then one day had those three and 8 tiny gosling. I let the adults raise them but they all still follow me around except during mating season.

No idea on the gender, although I was hoping for one of each because I'd ove to have little babies running around!

How long until they were sexually mature?
