My friend picked up 5 pullets last night, and wanted to know what kinds they are. I'm pretty sure on all of them, but since they're not in my realm of expertise, wanted to ask you guys. All of them were hatched this spring.

Chicken #1 Not sure on breed- all black, slate legs straight comb. No feathering on the legs. It kind of looks like a marans to me, but it'd have to be a clean legged bird and the leg color isn't right.

#2 (on left) I think it's a wyandotte mix- she has a rose comb and a tiny bit of lacing on the wings. The saddle feathers give me a little pause, but I would think if they're the advertised age, it's probably a pullet.

#3 (on right) not a good picture, but I think it's a partridge rock.

I guess I didn't get pictures of the other two, but they look exactly like black sex links to me.

1 is a black aussi
2 is a mixed cockerel...sorry this one is not a girl
3 is a partridge but wrong color legs for a rock

First one could be an Aussie pullet. Does she have any red or gold to her throat area? That would be a sex link. Sometimes it's just a tiny amount of color.
Wyandotte mix cockerel.
Third bird could be several things from that pic.

1st- Black Australorp pullet
2nd- Wyandotte mix cockerel
3rd- leg color is wrong for any pure breed, probably a mix.
