Tell me please, her age

I have nine hens and two roo. My concern is this chick is only one, who never layed egg(I didn't haverooster month ago) and since rooster appeared, he avoid her. My chickens are for eggs. So I'm thinking what to do with her. I culled her friend, who gave ruber eggs, and I have her, who give nothing

We had rain and it's nice puddle in chicken yard, so chicken all have clean feet. This chicken don't have scale, it was dirt. Now she has nice yellow smooth feet, after she soaked them in water
