i had a friend with turkeys...she lost one when it rained so it does happen

I have lost young turkey's in a rain storm. I do not think they are as smart as wild turkeys. JMHO.

I have watched them stand in the rain staring straight up in the sky with their mouths open.
And before anybody thinks I am mean.....I have an ICD and cannot go outside if their is lightening present.

And I was VERY upset.
