temp in homemade incubator last 3 days.

my home made incubator is warming up to 99.9 then goes off till temp gets 97.5 . the humity is at 65 . is this ok or do I need to put a fan in there. it take about 3 and half mins to go from 99.9 to 97.5 back to 99.9.

Are you sure your thermostat is working well enough and positioned correctly? I had a problem like that in one I built because my therm just wasn't sensitive enough.
