I set 70 turkey eggs to day and some time during the morning I hit the knob and didn't know it. The temp spiked to 102 for a very short time. I opened the door and got the temp down fast. Now I need to know if I should just pitch the lot and start over?
I purchased a tempture gun to measure temp and I can do it with the door shut but it is 10 degrees cooler. I like it because I can walk by pick it up and get a reading. I also have two other gauges on different levels so I know what going on,
