Temp issue on incubator

soooo..... this is my first time trying to hatch my own babies and I am having a hard time getting a constant tempature and not sure what thermometer to look at.

I have three thermometers and no two read the same temp. So I had a funny feeling with the one laying on my eggs and the one on the box, so I added our oven one and that reads a third temp. Which one do I trust?

I have already ordered a new digital thermometer hygrometer, but it won’t be here until the end of the month... so I will be ready for my next batch :)

I am going kind of chicken crazy!

The probe on your digital looks like it is either touching, or extremely close to the heating element. That is probably at least part of the reason you are reading 100+ temps on that one.

Yes, I thought that too. It is close, but I don’t know where else to put it without opening everything up. Live and learn right
